University of the Peloponnese

The SQT lab mission is to be a scientific and reliable body producing primary research, study and development of scientific knowledge, as well as developing tools and applications for the needs of businesses, society, and the economy. In addition, it will cover the educational and research needs of the Department of Management Science and Technology of the University of Peloponnese. Main activities of the Laboratory include research and study in the following scientific topics: Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Total Quality Management and Quality Management Systems, Human-Centered Technologies and applications and services to improve digital communication and human life such as (a) Data analysis related to customer and business needs, consumer behavior and related applications, (b) Design thinking for business application and user experience analysis for innovative products, (c) Management Information Systems and customer relationship management including complex interactions through social networks, and (d) digital systems to support innovation, collaboration and utilization of collective intelligence.
